About the Author
Jeffrey A. Helewitz received his J.D. and LL.M. in International Business and Trade from Georgetown University Law Center and an M.B.A. in Finance from New York University. He has worked for the National Office of the Internal Revenue Service and was in private practice for several years. Currently, Mr. Helewitz is a Court Attorney for a Civil Court Judge in New York. Mr. Helewitz is the author of twenty texts designed for paralegals and lawyers, as well as numerous articles. He has taught law at both C.U.N.Y. School of Law and Touro College Law Center, and is an active C.L.E. lecturer.

Great Textbook for Contract Law Class

Interesting, well written book containing numerous, up to date examples of contract law. Be aware that your individual state may have additional rules regarding contract law in addition to the ones cited in the textbook, so additional research may be warranted. Most of the other people in the class seemed to like the book, too. As soon as the class was over, I posted it for sale here and it sold within a week.

Probably the most clear legal book I have ever read

The author of this book is awesome. I assumed that I would be reading yet another boring and confusing legal book for my Contract Law class. Not so, this guy is clear and concise, and provides a plethora of examples for what he is writing about. If this author wrote all my legal books I'd be loving my legal studies sooooo much more!
